To use as a shopping cart cover: position back of safe seat over shopping cart back. Stretch front elastic over shopping cart handle. Side panels flap over shopping cart sides. Attach seat pad with Velcro to seat bottom. Align leg holes with shopping cart leg holes. Attach safety strap to shopping cart. From back of safe seat pull one end of the safety strap out of the buttonhole. Position strap around several bars of the shopping cart seat back. Pull safety strap back through the buttonhole. Adjust to fit child and secure buckle. Never leave child unattended. For use with child that can sit upright without assistance.
To use as a high chair cover: always wash safe seat after every use and before using on the reverse side. Reverse to nylon fabric for a water and stain resistant surface. Position on restaurant high chair aligning leg holes. Pull sides of safe seat down to completely cover all surfaces of high chair. To use the safety strap, pull one end of strap out of its buttonhole, wrap around high chair back and put back through buttonhole. Never leave child unattended.
